Have been a loyal customer for the past 10+ years, very glad with the product overall. It does the job.
What's great about it: straight forward
What's not so great: somewhat hard to use when I go straight to forms

Easy beyond belief

I had been doing my own taxes for years and switched to an accountant when I thought my finances were getting to complex. Got tired of the accountants escalating fees and came back to give it a try. This was so much less work than all I had to do just to give the files to the accountant to input the information. I am getting better results with much less work and headaches. Thank you.
What's great about it: Being able to move easily between guided filing to working in any single form. Simple to understand explanations.
What's not so great: Can't think of any. Definitely better from previous years.

2012 Return

I have use Turbo Tax now for more that twenty years and it generally make a very unpleasant experience a little easier.
What's great about it: Mostly liked it because easier for pain process.
What's not so great: I filed to state return also and they didn't flow well into each other
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

There's been a lot of online discussion that Turbo Tax 2012 has problems not seen in prior versions. But, I didn't see any of that this time around, and it appears to work just as well as prior years. And, I've been using this product for about 25 years, since it was distributed on floppy disks! Look in Wikipedia for what those were! ;-)
What's great about it: Saves me a lot of work...
What's not so great: But I still have to pay the taxes. ;-(

loved ease of walking through itemizations, help topics right next to question sections, alerts for inconsistent answers. last year was more difficult, this year was a piece of cake!
What's great about it: easy to set up, pulled my w2s in automatically!
What's not so great: more difficult than expected to access live help.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and started by children on when they were required to file. The instructions are so clear and guide you through everything. Extra information is available in all the areas someone might have additional questions. I would recommend this product to everyone. It saves time and expense!
What's great about it: Step by step program that is easy to understand
What's not so great: Absolutely none
