Surprise Refund

I have used TurboTax for many years now and have had no problems. Most questions are easy to understand and will even tell you where to look for the info requested. Several times ( by using the guide option) it has alerted me to deductions I would have overlooked if I had been doing my taxes by hand or if I would have gone to a tax preparer. I have and will continue to recommend TurboTax to friends and family.
What's great about it: mostly easy to understand

Tubo Tax was easy to load and easy to use. It's Quick and I like using it very much.

Turbo Tax is a great program. It is easy to understand and I would highly recommend it to others! I will always use Turbo Tax!

NOT AS GOOD AS PRIOR YEARS

HAD ERRORS ON THE CITY FORMS, WOULD NOT CALCULATE TOTAL WITHHOLDING, I HAD TO MANUALY FILL OUT FORM FROM THE CITY. ALSO HAD PROBLEMS OPENING TURBOTAX EVERY TIME OTHER PROGRAM STILL FUNCTIONED FINE. ERROR REPORTS WERE SENT EVERYTIME WITH NO RESPONSE OR CORRECTION. BOTTOM LINE, THE TAXES WERE STILL FILDED ONTIME.
What's great about it: FEDERAL AND STATE WORKED FINE
What's not so great: CITY TAX FORMS / PROGRAM START FAILED

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last few years and I continue to be super satisfied. This year I waited until the 15th to file, but Turbo Tax's easy to follow directions, still made it a less stressful experience.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: None

Excellent software. Easy to use and follow. Filing time dramatically reduced. Will recommend use to any novice, first time tax filer & professionals.
What's great about it: Easy and clear instructions.
What's not so great: None!
