Sorry Nothing Back This Time

Was easy to use. Did everything you said it would do except get me a cash refund.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Clear, simple language. Answer the easy questions and you're done!

I have utilized TurboTax for quite a few years. Skipped a few years back but have come back and will continue to purchase this product.
What's great about it: Becoming easier every year
What's not so great: Don' really have any complaints

Quickest way to file your taxes

If you get your papers together, you can usually complete the return in a matter of hours and with the review, it will be accurate.
I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 5 years and if you are lucky enough to get a refund, it is usually in your account within 2 weeks.
In my case, the deduction from my checking account usually is within 3 day for both Federal and State.
What's great about it: Turbo tax prods you all the way
What's not so great: Sometimes you have to think
