Easy Tax (I never thought I would call it that!)

There is no reason that someone cannot use Turbo Tax to do their taxes. Well, it might be hard if you don't have access to a computer or cannot read. It had great descriptions of any term, income type, or deduction type. Just like following a GPS. It took me all the way from start to filing my taxes and made sure that I checked on everything in between from income to deductions.
What's great about it: Easier than following a GPS and no chance of wrecking my car.
What's not so great: Nothing that Turbo Tax can do anything about.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: ease of use! Going step-by-step allowed me to see deductions I would not have known about!
What's not so great: None with the software!

one thing that you need to fix! I am e-filing and yet i would lioke to keep a printed copy of the returns to review now or next year. Torbotax prints the federal return twice! the second with the CA return. The second one is a big waste, since we are not paper filing. please change that in the printer options.
What's great about it: very good over all
What's not so great: difficult to return to change the election of how to handle the refund whether to apply to next year, etc.

First Time I Prepared My Taxes

What an experiece! For the first time in 40 years I waited to the 11th hour to file my taxes. Yikes! Turbo Tax was a life saver and my returns are filed. The audit check for errors wa s very helpful and I am now greatly relieved. I will use Turbo Tax next year but will start much earlier.
What's great about it: Very intuitive
What's not so great: I had to pay but it was my own fault

Overall a great experience. I was a little confused with my HSA information and inputing it. I also felt like I was asked the same questions multiple times. I guess this was just for accuracy purposes...? I would definitely recommend
What's great about it: The simplicity was a welcomed surprise
