I couldn't Do My Taxes without Turbo Tax - have tried the other tax services but always come back and file with MY Turbo Tax!

You can't avoid death or taxes, but now there is some great help, at least, for taxes. TurboTax streamlines the entire process and when it checked for errors, it found one very important omission that shot my refund up by $3,100! And then told me my risk of audit was very low. So now I'm feeling GOOD! Thanks TurboTax. What a great way to go!
What's great about it: Simple, professional, left me feeling reassured
What's not so great: Got a little confused at one juncture

a few clitches but otherwise ok
What's great about it: as usual the software functioned well
What's not so great: there were a few places where the software would not let me leave blanks like "city" so I put in "none".

I LIKE THE PROGRAM AND HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS. HOWEVER, WOULD LIKE A DISCOUNT AS AN RETURN USER OR ABILITY TO GET UPDATED PROGRAM INSTEAD OF BUYING NEW PROGRAM EVERY YEAR.
What's great about it: ABILITY TO GO BACK AND REVIEW; STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE
What's not so great: NO DIRECT WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH SOMEONE IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
