An example of dreaded things gone good!

Great program! I won't change tax prep software in the future. I would like to see a "Print this page" for the transmittal page. The Fed gives some kind of confirmation that can be printed with the forms but NY doesn't seem to.
What's great about it: Took all the drudgery out of the process
What's not so great: Please let me print the transmittal confirmation page

Love it and use it every year

Very easy to use, I have been using it for about 5 years in a row now. I suggest it for anyone that wants to save money and understands the basics of tax return. Even if you don't understand the basics, most of the questions they ask you will still guide you through it.
What's great about it: Saves info from previous year
What's not so great: Nothing

Great Stuff

I will use this program from now on until someone comes up with something simpler, like it does it without you. HA HA HA
What's great about it: Process almost to easy to use.
What's not so great: I had only one problem thst was my fault when I inadvertently checked a box that generated a subsequent form.

Features get better every year while keeping the same fundamental structure so that new learning is minimized. Thumbs up!

Had a simple form to complete. No errors found on the first check and in a few more clicks my taxes where filed

Overall I am satisfied with this product. So much so, I have in turn referred other members of my family to use this product. I feel independent of outsiders taking care of my business,. TT has taught me about taxes in general. Lastly, I feel by me doing my own taxes, I minimize the risk of having my ID stolen. Thank you Turbo Tax (TT).
What's great about it: Q&A easy to understand.
What's not so great: The updates are long.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last several years and I wouldn't do my taxes any other way! The program is so easy to use and provides invaluable information and helpful tips throughout the process of filing.

Been using turbotax for 3 years now and every year i'm impressed how simple and easy it is to file. Turbotax is inexpensive and gets me the best return on my taxes, highly recommend to everyone.
What's great about it: Fast, great guided filing and great return
