I love your program! always dreaded doing taxes before turbo tax
What's great about it: easy to use easy to understand-done in no time. takes all the stress away of filung. love it !

Methodical Step-by-Step process

This was my first time using TurboTax after hearing good reviews from a sister. Takes a fair amount of time entering all the information for first year, but from what I see, that should change in subsequent years. The program walks you through each category for filing and yet, allows you to easily skip any section that are not applicable. My only problem occurred when I wanted to view an actual federal tax form - but once I found the tab to flip back and for, all was good.
What's great about it: Straight forward approach, great tech support, felt confident when filing
What's not so great: Could use better guidance how to hop about program

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and it is always so easy, convenient, and QUICK to use. I am a fan and makes filing (and understanding) taxes for the common person like me so approachable.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to understand, great guidance, very pro customer!
What's not so great: Wish e-file State form was free also

Turbo tax is still the easiest way to file taxes without the hassle of setting up an appointment with a tax accountant. For the most part the software is user friendly and assist with the standard Deductions/exemptions.
What's great about it: User Friendly, Easy to maneuver through the product
What's not so great: Charitable contributions were too lengthy, cash contributions were too hard to enter

TurboTax deluxe was incredibly easy to use, the user interface made it simple to navigate a usually dreaded process. I had the easiest, most pleasant time doing my taxes this year! Thank you!
What's great about it: user friendly, concise, and straight to the point.
What's not so great: i didn't have an unpleasant moment at all using turbo tax deluxe!

Not happy when it's an additional $50 to file after paying $60 to complete them myself. $110 to do it myself. not much of a savings anymore. I'll keep that in mind next year!!!!
