Makes the filing of taxes less painful because all the information has been updated. The walking through the process is very helpful- you should not miss deductions.
What's great about it: Like the guiding through the complicated tax forms
What's not so great: Would like a way to print some some information from individual screens

The calculation and comments for the Florida Sales tax deduction should include the possibility of a non-reported, non-taxable insurance payment or annuity.

Easy as pie

This is a great tool to do your taxes. Main thing to remember is to have ALL of your paperwork ready. If you do that, it's a breeze. Even if you don't, it's nice that you can click and save and when you go back you take off right where you stopped.

Great tax program

Loved the easy use of program. Did my taxes with no trouble. I liked that it checks the work before submitting it and helps me correct what is needed.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and useful.
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of

The tax year 2013

Very disappointed in the cost involed in filing the forms and processing service fees as well as purchasing the product in the first place. Very bad representation of the product will probably try a different avenue next year.
What's great about it: I like the detailed description of item that apply.
What's not so great: The cost is not good first you pay for the Deluxe than your charged for State than for a processing fee all this adds up

Filing Option Fail

Selection E-File forced user to file both Fed and State electronically, for personal preference-we prefer to file the state return by paper; yet this option was not presented.
What's great about it: Easy and Intuitive
What's not so great: Did NOT allow for E-File Fed and Paper File State
