Turbo Tax since 1999, Great Way to Do Taxes

All in all Turbo Tax has an earned reputation. Been using it since 1999 after my sister practically begged me to try Turbo Tax filing online instead of the paper copy since 1962 to 1999. Finally I came over to Turbo Tax but it was a hard sell back then when we mostly did our taxes, filed taxes by hand on paper copies. Then we used the carbon paper to make our copies for future references. Those were the days. Then after that, I have used the paper copy of the Federal and State forms, short and long forms, only to assist others that have missed some years for filing taxes and had to go back retro to file their taxes. A++Plus!
What's great about it: Fast! Easy, Accurate, Secure!
What's not so great: Would have had to pay for State E-filing, if not mailed

1 small issue

Program of preparation is excellent, as usual. However the program didn't automatically take you to printing the filing return, or the record return. If you previewed the printed forms, the program still didn't take you to the next step, which was within PDF to click the print icon, and print the return. In prior years' versions it went right to printing the forms.
On the good side, it allowed you to save a filing PDF and a PDF including some or all of the support schedules. I couldn't look at the details of my 2011 return for questions I had re prior filing because the software wasn't on my new computer, and the PDF was only the filing version.

What's not so great: This year for the first time it didn't clearly explain how to print the form. I figured out I had to print PDF filing,

Still easy to use

Overall good experience, did sometimes have to go back and correct a few things since I work two different types of jobs and have separate deductions for each. But I'm pretty sure it didn't let me miss anything
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: can lose you sometimes if you've worked several different types of jobs in the past year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax directions get better every year. They are clear and the step by step guides are easy to follow. You've added more links to see what things mean or what you need to be looking for. I can't think of any way to make it easier

Overall, everything went well this year

I can't undo an issue that has plagued my past three returns, ie a use of car for rental property purposes.i can't seem to delete that item. Therefore, every year it comes up as 4 or 5 error messages. I just answer 0 to all cost and usage requests, but have to do this multiple times. Quite a hastle
What's great about it: Relatively easy to navigate through the Federal and State returns, particularly the State return
What's not so great: Some times it is diffiuclt to get information on a topic unless you use the exact proper name for a subject

What's not so great: more difficult than older versions ti play with IRA's etc.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
