I like how it guides you through each section. Also, you can import data. Very simple to use overall.

I am only 19 and this is my first year doing my taxes! I loved that I was able to do them alone without any problems and it was super easy to understand and file my taxes. I was even able to help my mom file her taxes with turbo tax as well! Thanks so much Turbo Tax! Cant wait to do my own taxes for the years to come!
What's great about it: Super easy to use and understand!
What's not so great: none!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Do Taxes Really Have to be This Complex?

I just finnished my taxes and my head is still spinning! Being new to the intricacies of retirement income, I found there was much more to do than I had expected. Do they only pass tax laws that are unnecessarily complex? TurboTax cuts through the complexity and gets the job done. The step-by-step process does quite a thorough job of covering all the processes. I would suggest that they add the most recent item completed to the top of the list with the NEXT button right there rather than making you drill down to the bottom to hit the next button. This is a problem even with a simple return. Other than that, the layout was very good and I rarely found myself looking for additional instructions. The help process works well with concise explanations and the opportunity to get more information. I also like the option to save the tax file as a .pdf file. I keep a couple of backups and don't bother to waste the paper or file space with a printout. I won't be anxiously awaiting next year's tax season, but I know I will be using TurboTax again!
What's great about it: TurboTax gets it DONE
What's not so great: Need a better way to skip the things that don't apply to the current return.

2012 Taxes........The Road Less Bumpy

Only complaint so far is when you finally print them for records, etc. They shoot out of the printer in reverse order. How about putting some kind of page number on the bottom so when I do get to the heap, it will be relatively easy to put them all together!
What's great about it: Great Integration, Streamlined, Works Like A Champ
What's not so great: Need to number the printed sheets.

I love using Turbo Tax and totally worth the money you pay for it. Just knowing that you don't have to find all the forms you need and fill them out and worry whether you missed something. It's great!
I've used other software and am back to Turbo Tax because it has done me good without a lot of headaches!
What's great about it: Quickly run through all the screens and know that all the forms I need are done! Plus, I love the year to year transfer!
What's not so great: Nothing, I LoVE it!

I'm not computer or financially savvy. I find this product easy to use and understand. I come away feeling confident that my returns are accurately completed, and that all possible deductions have been explored.
What's great about it: Prompts are great. I like being able to go back & foward so easily.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
