Turbo Tax Deluxe for 2012 taxes

I cannot say enough good things about Turbo Tax. I have been using the Deluxe version for 3 years and I will keep returning to it because it took the feeling of "chore" out of filing my taxes. It is convenient to electronically file everything and not waste time and paper by printing and mailing.
Thank you for continuing to make a great product!
What's great about it: Ease of use, no searching for tax documents. Detailed explanations. Simple, systematic format.
What's not so great: Sometimes some explanations are not quite clear enough or could use more examples of tax situations.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I find Turbo Tax very easy to use with lots of help if needed.

Will use again, have been able to teach spouse to begin using it. Hooray.
What's great about it: Terminology easier for the newbies
What's not so great: bug, I could not get the yes/no to stick to yes to define my spouse's retirement as public safegy

2012 taxes

I never knew that taxes could be so easy to prepare. It took me a fraction of the time it would normally take to prepare my taxes manually and the cost saved me at least one hundred dollars. It was relatively stress free, as far as tax preparation is concerned anyway. Would recommend to others.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: one question that i couldn't locate answer to

Have been using TurboTax for years, and just when you think it can't get better, it does. I do several family members returns, and saves me time and them money.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Program doesn't return to bottom of page after each section of reviews.

easiest and best way I have ever used to file. I made an error entering an employer ID which caused the E file to be rejected. Turbo Tax made it easy to find, fix and refile.
What's great about it: everything, easy to use, accurate, do not have to leave home
What's not so great: none for me

Keeps getting better and better

I started using TurboTax in the 1980s -- when it was a DOS program. Every year I'm amazing at how much better it gets -- each year is easier than the year before. Thank you!

First year filing with mixed assorted Wages, Unemployment, Social Security and Retirement Account benefits for a joint e-filing return and TurboTax make the process straight-forward and easy. I am convinced: Two Thumbs Up!!!
