Easy To Use Tax Procedure

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. It is very simple to understand. All the form s and worksheets make it simple to follow. I would recommend it to all my friends.
What's great about it: Have used Turbo Tax for several years and find it very user friendly!

I realized a few years back that gathering the information for my CPA was 90 percent of the work. Knowing he only had to insert my numbers into his program he was able to charge me five times what I paid for one copy of Turbotax. With minimal effort on my part and Turbotax I was able to easily prepare my own taxes.
What's great about it: I liked being shown the specifics of where taxable items are located.

TurboTax is a fine product. There are a few glitched in it that are puzzling but so long as you read the Easy-Step questions carefully, you will have no difficulty doing your return.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for many years and find it close to perfect.

Not earthshaking

Each item to be filled in doesn't fit my screen so I have to scroll down a lot (like I have to scroll to get to the "NEXT" box)
What's great about it: It's cheap
What's not so great: Each page doesn't fit my screen, I have to keep scrolling

Very good this year with the details as we went along.
Print only the papers we need to file not the entire work sheets unless I want them for copy

REMEMBER TO WAIT FOR THE UPDATE, I THOUGHT I COULD NOT DEDUCT SOMETHING BECAUSE I ALWAYS DO MY TAXES EARLY. THE GOVERMENT WAS GOING THROUGH SOMTHING SO I HAD WAIT FOR THE UPDATE. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS WAIT FOR THE UPDATE DO IT MORE THEN ONCE. EASY AS LAST YEAR THANKS AGAIN

Quick, Easy and Thorough

I would not do my taxes any other way!! I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 5 years and cannot imagine using another service. I enjoy feeling like I have some control over my tax prep, so this allows me that feeling, as well as the peace of mind in knowing that I have received all of the deductions and credits my family and I deserve. Thanks for Turbo taxing our 2012!!!
What's great about it: Easy step-by step process
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
