Very good software. Using it for the 4th consecutive year. It is great. Very simple to follow. Walks you through all areas in an easy step-by-step way.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to follow, step-by-step walk-through

i got upset the first time i tried to go back and summit my return. i had to do it over.i got upset. but i got through it.

Tired of Surprise Charges

Our family filed 3 different returns; each of us surprised by extra fees you tried to drop. We went to web and got better deals. Won't use Turbo Tax next year, too many surprise fees. Have used for many years, never got all this gaming.

I used turbotax since 2005 and find it easy to use. I tried others but keep returning to turbotax. It's a great software and I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not able to e-file more than 5 free return with software.

The program does a fantastic job of walking you through a step by step procedure to complete your taxes. Also if you use the program from year to year it populates much of your new tax forms AND it reminds you of items you used the prior year.
Add in the AUDIT DEFENSE FUND which I have used 2x - priceless!!
What's great about it: The error checking and the ease to which I can find any form.
What's not so great: State E-file fee is not included
