Turbo Tax is the Tops!

This is the third year I have filed taxes with Turbo Tax. It is so easy to use. I love just being able to plug in the numbers and see everything add up on its own. I also like that it checks for errors so you know you are sending a return that is correct and won't create any red flags with the IRS.
Thank you Turbo Tax for making filing taxes a breeze!
What's great about it: Turbo tax is so easy to follow! It guides you through every possible scenario!

Better this year but...

Different entry format was improvement this year. Easy to navigate. Lots of good information to explain tax codes. But like every year, I still get lost in an endless loop somewhere and it's hard to get out of it. This year it was in the "Payment". I hope it doesn't take my money two times. :(
What's great about it: Pretty smooth. plenty of detail, covers everything
What's not so great: Terrible overwhelmed website, couldn't connect,

Ould help if there was more of a connection between hte questions asked and what actually shows up on the forms. Just spent the afternoon trying to figure out why i had to pay tax and a penalty on my flexible spedning account(health), - when the IRS publications say I do not owe tax on it.
I wish turbo tax would import medial mieage and charitable mileage from Quicken. i had to type the info into turbo tax by hand.
What's great about it: accurate
What's not so great: hard to figure out what has gone wrong with dated inputted, when you know the results are not fight

I had very little problem figuring out what was needed. It even tells you where to look if you don't know. I have no problems recommending it to my friends.

Turbo Tax Taxes Filed Check

Overall, Turbo Tax is a great product. I would not recommend it for Business tax filers unless you know what you are going. I had to enter some items manually to get it to calculate correctly on the business forms but the personal tax program is excellent. I really like the fact that it helps you figure out what your value is for items donated. Left a lot of money on the table before this was available.
What's great about it: Easy to complete
What's not so great: The tax amend is complicated

Turbo tax was an efficient way for me to file my taxes, it was quick, easy, and everything I look for in a tax company!
What's great about it: I love how the updates of your refund are on a constant update
What's not so great: Don't have any cons, sorry!

I love using Turbo Tax. I have done my own taxes every year and its very easy to do with their step by step details. I have a home business and they have it set up nicely to get all my deductions I have coming to me.
What's great about it: very easy to use and can do it on YOUR time.
What's not so great: Would be nice to have an accountant to ask questions in person
