I've been using TurboTax since it first came out and have never had a problem and will keep on using it as it makes filing so easy, complete, and accurate.

Not too bad

Turbo Tax is still number one for me in doing my Taxes. Being able to go to individual forms I know about is a plus, We did not like that we could follow a calculation to determine that it was correct, ie: SSA payments and how much was taxable. Stilll wondering but hopefully it was correct. Hate having to pay more taxes than necessary.
What's great about it: Sameness in performing the drudgery. Familiar territory
What's not so great: Inability to fully follow the calculations required in several operations

Easy as always

I've been using Turbo Tax since the mid nineties. Every year it gets better - even when that doesn't seem possible.
What's great about it: Ease of navigation

The ease of editing and adding addtional information without having to start all over make TAXES less painful.

TurboTax is the Ultimate Tax Tool - This tool is easy to use and at the same time provides the detail to ensure that your tax return is being processed correctly. I love it.....
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Nothing

I'm 73. I may finish this year's tax forms with a personal tax preparer. Could be my head doesn't work as well as it used to, but this year it was especially difficult to use.
What's great about it: It has been great up to this year
What's not so great: Not enough up-front clarity for me
