Procrastinators Delight

I like the speed of completeing my return. Granted it is not the most complicated return, but I have all the confidence in the program getting the figures correct.
What's great about it: Saved me hours and hours.
What's not so great: Deluxe and Premium should be combined for a small increase in cost.

Couldn't be Easier!

From start to finish, I spent about 1.5 hours to complete both my Federal and NYS Return (married filing jointly). I breezed through each topic and it's actually fun to watch my refund totals go up as I complete each section. I have used TurboTax for more years than I care to remember and it's getting easier and easier! I love the way it transfers all my information from the prior year's return. Thank you for all your help...I'd shake your hand but I'm too busy counting my refund...LOL
What's great about it: Answered all my questions
What's not so great: couldn't find one

some instructions had me puzzled as to fixing errors. Trying to debut my mothers return was torture because it wasnt easy to see some calculations etc.
What's great about it: walks me thru,
What's not so great: loading was sloooooooww

Helping the Helpless

I hate doing taxes and Turbo Tax makes it easier! It's STRESSFUL enough doing taxes and Turbo Tax finds all my deductions for me and my family! I now have my oldest child using Turbo Tax and they're hooked! Life is good with Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Shows me the money!

Been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years - LOVE IT!!

Disappointed I couldn't transfer info from last year (done Online at TT site) to this year using TT disc purchased. But LOVE Turbo Tax - user friendly and thorough. Will continue to use purchased TT disc for future filings. Excellent product!
What's great about it: Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Previous year TT Online info doesn't transfer to purchased TT Disc filing the next year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Made Difficult Year Easy

It was a tough year as I had new items but Turbo Tax saved me as always
What's great about it: Walked me through all questions and found some errors that would have been painful later on.
What's not so great: Would like to have longer explanations that are easier to understand mabe with some common examples.

I've used TT for many years, and always find it helpful. In the past I've sometimes had difficulty picking up where I left off, but this has improved.
What's great about it: Step by step makes sure I don't miss anything.
What's not so great: none I can think of.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
