First time

First time doing my own taxes and of course I'm doing it last minute, so I chose to use this program and it worked very well for me quick to install and I finished doing my taxes rather quickly for my first time doing myself. so I would reckonmend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Great step by step walkthrough of the whole process and very user friendly
What's not so great: some thing's were not as well explained as I would hope for

Turbo Tax works!

I have always used Turbo Tax and loved it. It seemed a little more time-consuming this year then usual, but still accomplished what I need it to.
What's great about it: Walks you through step-by-step
What's not so great: Seemed a little harder to use this year.

Have use Turbo Tax for 4 years running and will continue to.
If you are not using Turbo Tax you are just wasting your time and Money.

Easiest Cheapest Refund!

That is the thing there was no cons on this at all. I love all the information you provide and make it step by step! So simple and easy!
I had an issue with my taxes and was about to quit and go to someone but the woman on the phone would not allow that. She was SUPER helpful and friendly! I have never seen such amazing customer service! Her dedication to help made me feel even better about doing my taxes on my own.
My entire family did their taxes with Turbo Tax this year and I saved them all time and money! Bonus! My family and I will no longer pay to have taxes done.. WE HAVE TURBO TAX!
What's great about it: How easy it was to add and take off deductions
What's not so great: nothing

Reasonable Progran, Outrageous State eFiling Fee

I liked everything about the program except for the obvious price gouging for the eFiling fee for the State Return. Again, if there is a Mac based competitor that charged a reasonable fee for the latter efiling, I will switch vendors immediately.
What's great about it: Very helpful, handled the retirement issues well.
What's not so great: Outrageous fee for electronic filing of State Return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
