Fairly Simple

Uploading software was easy and getting started was easy. Step by step guidance is the best way to go. Asking for help or assistance during filing could have been more user friendly. I have used Turbo Tax for past five years and have been very satisfied with results.
What's great about it: Good step by step instruction
What's not so great: Help assistance could be more user friendly

BEEN USING TURBO TAX THRU THE YEARS, BUT ONE...I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO IT, OR TRY ANOTHER...CLEAR, AND CONCISE...GOTTA LOVE IT.....THANKS ROY

I've used TurboTax for years and it has always saved me lots of headaches because its easy to use.
What's great about it: TurboTax is simple to use, step-by-step
What's not so great: I don't need the State forms so I feel I pay more for a package I don't need

After working for a well known tax service, I decided to purchase Turbo Tax and really enjoyed it from the start. That was about 13 years ago and I wouldn't have it any other way. . Thank you for making the tax season so convenient and less stressful. This is the best way to file your taxes!

Maxed My Refund!!

TurboTax takes most of the stress out of an agonizing task. Their instructions are easy to understand and follow, and their progress bar showing how each step effects your potential refund is a great motivational feature. Their attention to detail, and ease of use, is what keeps me coming back year after year. A Great Product, A++++.

As usual top notch performance, one nigle. Married - filing jointly vs seperately - would be nice if one could futher quantitate the numbers before choosing.

What's not so great: Did not show a monitary Pro/Con vs marraige issues
