I love Turbo-Tax. I buy it every year. My entire family uses it, and we all love it. Taxes are very confusing, and if Turbo-Tax didn't exist, I would defintely have to pay someone to do mine! Turbo-Tax takes you through the process step-by-step and offers explanations for everything. I would recommend this product to anyone!
What's great about it: simple, quick, convenient

I had to ask for professional advice and the CPA I got was extremely professional and did not have a problem taking time to answer all my questions. She was polite, patient, and forth coming in advise. She searched IRS publications #which I had no clue how to do# to solve my questions and problems.
Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Liked the availability of professional help.
What's not so great: Didn't want to pay "my fair share!!"

Painfull Updates

Maybe it's just me and my inability to manually update the software for the required updates, because no matter how many times I tried to update, I could not make it update. It was so frustrating! I had to finally unistall and reinstall and start my taxes over.

Using TurboTax we reduced the amount a CPA said we would owe by half!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
