Was quick and easy!!

Straight forward enters all information quickly and accurately from downloads. Gets info from prior year.. Takes a lot of the guess work out. I also like the charitable estimator for goods given to charities.
What's great about it: Walks you through deductions allows you to skip areas that are not relevant
What's not so great: Passes review then comes back to some areas after passing review

It was good. Took few hours to get it done. Easy enough. Not as confusing as i thought it would be.
What's great about it: first time user. Was easier than i thought it would be. Saved time and money. Great for procrastinators like me

Awesome Tax Software

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years and have never had any issues. I can get advice online through Turbo Tax when needed. I use the walk thru to make sure I miss nothing. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and promote it to all.
What's great about it: It is by far the easiest software to work with.
What's not so great: I have not yet found anything wrong

What's great about it: REALATIVELY EASY TO USE - WAS ABLE TO MARCH RIGHT THROUGH BECAUSE I USED TURBO-TAX PREVIOUS YEARS SO IT HAD REMINDERS
What's not so great: WHEN TRYING TO GO BACK - HAD TO START ALWAYS AT BEGINNING OF SECTION TO GET WHERE I WANTED TO BE- VERY TIME CONSUMING

A friend recommend Turbo Tax and I've been using Turbo Tax for over 3 years now. I was using tax prepayers and paying them more money plus the added drive time. And I tried a competitors online product that touted being cheaper but it cost me even more after the filing. I won't switch ever again!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through providing consistent top shelf results.
What's not so great: There's nothing I didn't like.

Not bad, but seriously could be better

I was strongly disappointed that TurboTax still cant figure out VA personal property tax on cars, houses, etc, even though it has been around for years. I was additionally disappointed that while I originally input some data by hand, once I had the electronic account information, there was no way to verify or update based on this. Time and again, Turbo Tax asks me for the same information I've filled in in other similar areas of the tax document, rather than at least allowing me to go back and retrieve it, or simply remember (which is the right answer). For example, all my bank information is known for the federal payment, but I have to completely re-enter the information for the state return. Disappointed!
What's great about it: Tries to simplify my life
What's not so great: Failed to simplify what could have been easy

thisis my second year using turbo tax, and i don't see any reason why i won't next year. It is very easy to use and explains everything as i go along.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy to use, it's a great step by step process that explains everything as you go along.
What's not so great: no cons

Quick and Easy

It took me an hour to do everything in an itemized deduction. As long as you are organized with your paper work, it was a snap. The walk through was helpful and you could go back and make corrections very easy.
The only snag I had was a 12a code, on my W2's, that was not explained in the program. I had to do a quick internet search to look it up. Was about 15 minutes extra time to make sure I was on the right track.
What's great about it: Step by Step Instructions, Great Walk Throughs
What's not so great: None Standard Codes not completely explained
