Made it easy

Excellent program. I've used several tax prep packages in the past. Some of them have diasppeared the following year which makes it a chore to have to re-enter data for the current year. Turbo Tax has shown that they will be around now and in years to come. I won't use another prep package in the future.
What's great about it: Liked being led through the process and the help when needed
What's not so great: I would like to see a "Print this page" for the E-file confirmation page. The Fed has a page to print, NY doesn't .

It seemed to go by so quick and easy. I felt the process was made simple by all the questions asked and the format of the program!
What's great about it: Very simple to use!! Guided steps are awesome!!
What's not so great: Nothing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax works so smoothly, i appreciate how easy they make it. I would like to see the state taxes also be free with the price we are paying for the software.

Dont worry about lines at post office!

Great product. I have used it for over 5 years now and never disappointed in how thorough the program is and easy it is to use Turbo Tax. And e-file helps avoid lines at the post office ontax day.
What's great about it: I like the simplicity yet thorough nature of reviewing all possible deductions that I am due
