Quick refund

Turbo Tax is a great tool for ease of filling. But you must make sure that you have all documentation inorder before proceeding. No complaints!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I didn't like that some of the areas did not provide enough information to support input.

Lukewarm on Turbo Tax

I filed in two states, and TT requires that you work the non-resident state first. The problem is that TT doesn't steer you to do the non-resident state first, and whe you don't work this state first, TT accepts al the answers to it's questions but doesn't populate the second state return worked.
What's great about it: all in one place
What's not so great: doesn't handle multiple state returns gracefully

Overall, very good. Got lost in the Roth IRA conversion dialogue. It seemed more clear in 2011.
Would not take my property tax without using the form to enter the value.
THIS review process is disgusting..... get me out of here.

Super and Super Easy

Turbo Tax works great. I only wish that I had less tax liability, but TurboTax helped me shave $2500 off my tax bill. That's pretty great for me.

still some glitches

I found some glitches when processing 1099-B incomes. Had to delete entire investment and re enter it from zero, as changes were nor processed correctly.
What's great about it: easier than manual paperwork

Although the process flows smoothly there are two additional areas that could be incorporated. First, in the beginning a system to help a user decide whether they should file jointly or separately. This can be accomplished by a short information inclusion of income on both parties to evaluate tax benefits of joint or separately. Secondly, the "Required Money Disbursement is confusing. It tells you that after 70 1/2 you must take monies as under rmd conditions. My monthly pension should not have that requirement since it is disbursed monthly and is not typical of a 401k plan with this requirement.
What's great about it: The TurboTax system flows very smoothly and is 98% complete
What's not so great: Missing two areas that could be helpful to me and others.
