Easy as pie

Been using Turbo Tax for many years and as always, I'm very pleased with the results. I have as yet to find a problem or a topic that wasn't covered to my satisfaction.
What's great about it: ease of finding information
What's not so great: Going thru each topic question by question

Last day with no panic

If the tax payer has kept all receipts and forms turbo tax will flow very smoothly. If missing pertinent items it will still lessen the pain of manually filling out forms due to Turbo Tax retaining all information that was input and the accuracy of instantly recompiling additional items..
Our return was fairly straightforward with some investments points that Turbo Tax guided us through with minimal frustration.
This is our sixth year with Turbo Tax and we remain very satisfied.
What's great about it: Good transition from section to section
What's not so great: If any, I caused them I do believe...

Love Turbo Tax!

I"ve used TT for the past 4 years and love it! I used to pay someone to do my taxes until I realized i could do it myself. I would recommend TT to all of my friends and relatives who don't have too much of a complicated return. I will be using it again next year!
What's great about it: easy to use, simple program
What's not so great: asking a question isn't always easy to word on the forums

I've used Turbo Tax for at least 8 + years now, and it just gets better every year.
What's great about it: Fast and efficient
What's not so great: none I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Amazed by the detail and accuracy of this product

The thouoght of doing our taxes without this product is very stressful! I'm a bright individual but those worksheets buried in the tax instructions are overwhelming and often cryptic. When I'm done and print out over fifty pages of forms, I'm just so appreciative of the work Turbo tax has saved me!
What's great about it: Relieved me of the need to decipher those labyrinthine worksheets
What's not so great: Had to dig once or twice for some business-related data

Another good year with Turbo Tax. I can trust Turbo Tax to help me complete my return accurately, with minimal stress! I've used TurboTax several years now, and this year it seemed like there were too many questions, just for the sake of sounding "improved". I misunderstood one of the questions and got off on the wrong track. Luckily, I was easily able to go back and correct my mistake - personally, my favorite feature in TurboTax. See you next year!

Turbo tax is great. I use every year to file my tax.
CONS: loading time is super long.
when the file is open, no function to close the file nor delete the file.

at some point the back arrow did not take me to where I was but rather took me to the beginning of that previous page.
No side by side of form vs the easy guide position.
On schedule C the auto worksheet would not disappear even though I had no mileage or car to enter.

need more info on how to download info from investment sites like stock broker, IRAs, Keough.
More info on E filing regarding paying taxes due, when wouold I get to print out my own copy of what is e-filed,

Why risk e-filing if one owes tasxes since the payment is separate from the e-filing.
Provide a chart showing the return summaries for the past 5 years provided one has used TurboTax that long.

Tell me when I can delete the prior years Tuxbo Tax with out fear that if audited I would need the pjrior years program on my computer.
Do not default the the federal campaighn check off to yes !!
What's great about it: carry over of information
What's not so great: no easy comparison between standard deductions and amount needed to itemize.
