Saving Money

Turbo Tax is worth the time and energy because it walks me through the process!!! I know that it did the best for me in all areas. Easy to use and gets me the most deductions that I am qualified for.
What's great about it: The charity contribution portion is great. Walked me through all the charities ans reminded me of some that I had to pul
What's not so great: None!!!

Turbo Tax is awesome! The guide walks you through every step and has never been confusing. The whole tax process takes about an hour - which is great when you are doing your taxes every year on April 15th! Turbo Tax - I love you!
What's great about it: Ease of use

Makes it Easy!

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes so much less stressful. Thanks to the detailed walk-through and reviews and checks, I'm much more confident that my taxes are filled out correctly.
What's great about it: I like the detailed walk-through and checks made for errors.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Frustration Abated!

TT wanted me to change something on my W-2 entry, but I couldn't figure out what they meant, much less change it. Eventually, with a little guidance from the community, I was able to solve the problem. I wish asking questions was a bit easier to find/solve.
What's great about it: I got an answer from the Community to my question
What's not so great: But it took a lot of searching

TurboTax Works

As always, Turbo Tax provides a smooth way to enter tax info. Gives me confidence that the return is being filled out correctly.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step, ability to modify forms, flags errors
What's not so great: Not always easy to find non-standard situations (e.g. inheritance)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Better than H&R Block Tax Cut

Turbo Tax eplained everything in geater detail than last years H&R Block software; except Block's "Take me there"

I would have liked direct deposit info screen before starting the File Section.
You have a great product...we will use again next year because you support TD Ameritrade downloads.
What's great about it: Comprehensive "learn more/ explain"
What's not so great: Wished broker stock sales download was same alpha order as paper 1099

Made it Easy

I loved that it only took me a couple of hours to complete my federal and state returns. Finished at 3 pm on the 15th. My fault, I was thinking I would receive a key to unlock my account but instead the software was mailed. Didn't get it until this morning 4/15! Yikes!
All is done now and I am happy.
What's great about it: Ease of entry
What's not so great: No magic to change my balance due to a refund :o)
