Quick, easy and always improving

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and find it to be quick, easy and each year a little better. It's a great product that has really revolutionized tax season for me.
What's great about it: cost, ease of use, ease of filing
What's not so great: I suppose with complex taxes, a human accountant would be a little easier.

I really like the Easy Guide feature, which walks you step by step through each process and the highlighted words to help you understand the tax terms.

Luv me some Turbo Tax!!! I always seem to wait until the last minute to file and Turbo Tax always seems to exceed my expectations!
What's great about it: Easy to import info

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I suppose if you MUST have a con, I suppose it is its ease of use because I waited until Saturday to buy the product and just NOW finished my return at 4:19 pm on April 15. At no time was I concerned that I would have trouble completing it. The software is wonderful.....now IF I could just get my hardware to cooperate.....
What's great about it: Accuracy and speed
What's not so great: Sorry....none

Been using Turbo Tax since 1994, I use the forms method, then enter donations via step by step. I do a final check using step by step.

Still overall the best product. I switch to the product a few years back after a competitor insisted on trying to report erroneous info that would have cost me hundreds. I verified I was correct, went and bought TurboTax and it confirmed my beliefs as well.
I like how easy, and smoothly I can sail through my taxes.
I've two nitpicks: it does cost significantly more than others, and in my case, leading a simple, single life with few deductions, it was very tempting to go with a competitor at half the price, since I'd not need every last option.
Secondly, this time round I opted for the store-bought CD, and was surprised to discover there's nothing on the CD to request to pull data from my online filing of last year. They should add that option next year. I eventually found the answer in the community search functions. At the time I found it, it was the number one question, though it was actually asking for moving this year's offline to a local pc. I realized I could start online, then port last year's with it. Still, would have been nice to see that on the CD version up front.
What's great about it: process flows smoothly, easy to understand
What's not so great: cost significantly more than competitors, no direction for migrating from last year's online info to CD version this yr

Easy !

I have used Turbo Tax since 2001....wish I had it in 1986 when the IRS changed a lot of rules..the carry forward being atomatic is most time saving!!!
What's great about it: Guided throughn forms---without any CPA/tax attorney/IRS staff talk
What's not so great: occasional need to go to IRS forms during review process to see what data was needed and/or why it was needed

The software is great. And it helped immensely to wrangle all my forms.
What's great about it: Easy to use and complete the taxes with the software
