Turbo'd My Taxes Yet Again

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and have never had any trouble with it. I trust the product and would enthusiastically recommend it for anyone!!!
What's great about it: Ease of use, step-by-step walk throughs, and continuous status checks to make sure I receive all the refund I'm due.
What's not so great: None

Been a TurboTax user for years, easy interview process makes you feel comfortable that your return is being filled out correctly and you are getting your maximum refund possible. Audit alert is also a great tool

Made the whole process a lot less painful. Lets face it no one likes to do their taxes, but turbo tax made it super quick and easy.

I have used TurboTax for the last 4 tax seasons. It is easier and cheaper than going to a tax preperation service.

Better than not having it

I liked the step by step help. But on some items, such as dependent care there wasn't enough help. It told me to go read the instructions. Which I had already done - I was wanting Turbo Tax to go a step above. I have a child who turned 13 in 2012, I knew that I couldn't claim dependent care for her on the federal taxes. But what about my state taxes in NC. Just a little bit more clarification would have been nice.
