TurboTax is Great

I've been using TurboTax every since it was created, and the only thing I can say is it gets better with time. This program is great. I would recommend it to new users as well as expert preparers.
What's great about it: Great Program
What's not so great: I have no Cons for TurboTax.

Very easy to use

Hate going to a tax preparer to find I negleted to bring some document. Using Turbo Tax at home, I don't have that problem. The convenience of being able to go back and forth on our return, as we think of things, makes it less stressful.
What's great about it: Previous year data import. Concise explainations

I would like to see something that gives the data for FAFSA like some other programs do. Also if you owe tax from a previous year, is it possible to pay it with current year refund? No information on that in the program
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, it's a great software solution!
It actually saves you time by doing it yourself than depending on a tax preparer!

What's great about it: Saves a lot of time! Checks are pretty good!
What's not so great: The Tax Rate/Amount calculation table should be shown to make sure that the right table and amount is used.

Okay, but worse than last year

Filing was not as simple as it was last year. Once complete it's made easy to pay and send.
What's great about it: Filling return when finished is easy.
What's not so great: Can't save and continue where you left off.
