I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years and it continues to get easier.
What's great about it: leads you through all possible deductions
What's not so great: Takes you through some deductions that don't apply
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbot Tax

I have used Turbot Tax for many years. It is very easy and effecient to use. It asks you questions and you answer them by typing in the information. Based on your questions it automatically knows which Federal or State forms are required. One nice feature is; bye the second year,Turbot tax has all the answers ready from a prior year's return for the current year's tax return (except your very first tax return). Another benefit is you can learn about deductions, credits and other good information while going through the process.
What's great about it: Question and Answer. Easy and thorough

Great sense of relief & trust

I like that you get the options of being able to be led thru the process or to take the wheel yourself. Also that you can switch back and forth between the actual forms and step by step. It helps that I can see the boxes that are being completed. With that being said there are situations where state income taxes are held that do not show on a W-2 form, like from a K-18. In those cases it is almost impossible to find how/where to file that information.
What's great about it: Like being able to go between the actual forms and the lists
What's not so great: It is frustrating trying to find where to list state withheld on trust

My dad used to do my taxes. With TurboTax I have the confidence to do them myself. Daddy is still my financial advisor, though.

This is a great and headach free way to do one of the most hideous things. It is awsome that you can file for free and breeze through this. I have and will continue to always use Turbo Tax!
