Easy to use

It is easy to use. For change status from join to saperate, there is no tools to input the existed data. Re-input data takes time. Over all is easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to find the items to input
What's not so great: Needs more examples instead of text

I really like turbo tax. I have used it for several years now to complete my taxes. It's a great tool. I recommend it to anyone who wants to do their own taxes and be walked through every step without much confusion. It's simple, easy and a great tool. I recommend it to anyone who does not want to pay to have their taxes done, but are not sure of how to complete them by hand on their own. Twenty Years of TurboTax

The interview process used in TT is really easy to follow and very thorough. I appreciate the transfer of information from a previous year to the present year. The ready availability of information pertinent to each specific entry is truly helpful, and the wording of the interview questions helps me understand clearly what my response needs to be. I have recommended TT many times over the years when the subject of doing taxes has come up in conversation with friends. In addition, I inadvertently left a ten dollar dividend that I had received out of my tax file, and the IRS questioned that; happily, it was the first year that I purchased audit insurance, and I am really glad I had it. The TurboTax audit people handled it all and kept me from worrying about it at night; Making a tax mistake has been a worry of mine for many years, and I am glad that TT has made help for tax issues available.
What's great about it: I found that TurboTax is far easier than doing it myself, as I had been doing it for over twenty years.
What's not so great: I have never in twenty years had any problem with TT., and it has been improved every year.

What's great about it: Transferring info got better this year
What's not so great: search for key words did not include "delete form"

Amazingly Easy!

I was a bit overwhelmed to begin with, trying to file taxes on my own, but not wanting to give in just yet and pay the high rates at the tax accountant. I was very grateful for the help i received in the chat session, the gal was very helpful and patient with me when i ran into problems. Overall, I fell I am comfortable filing thru TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step help.

I am fairly happy with turbotax, it has done a great job for me in my more simple years. But I am wondering in this tax period if maybe some of the deductions were missed, because I owe and I shouldn't....
What's great about it: I like that it is online and I can do it myself
What's not so great: I don't think I got all of the deductions based on the amount I owe.

Love my Turbo

Overall, I Love Turbo Tax. I think a Fifth grader could do taxes on it by following instructions given on program.
What's great about it: ease of entering info, audit info, easy easy
What's not so great: Previe section doesn't allow me to print my forms
