Love Turbo Tax

I love how easy it is to do your taxes with the Turbo Tax question and answer format. It helps you remember all the expenses through the year you may have forgotten should be included in your taxes. The only this that is a little tricky is going back and filing in something that you missed on the first pass.
What's great about it: It is easy to do your taxes with the question and answer format
What's not so great: It can be a little hard to navigate if you need to go back

I will continue to use Turbo Tax. I have had no issues in the past five years.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for the past five years and always found it very easy to use.
What's not so great: No cons.

So much easier than laying out dozens of notes on the dining room table, finding the proper forms to hand enter the data, finding that I have to go downtown to get the missing forms, erasing on forms because I found some new data (always on an already completed form that is "upstream") for what seems like evenings without end. I even used TTax back in the DOS days and never went back.
What's great about it: Smoooooooooth!

The experience I have with Turbo Tax each year has been overall very good. The only problem I have with it is that for special forms like the 2106 you need to ask for it instead of the program asking the user. if I was not aware that I needed to work the mileage I may not have found them. My daughter used Turbo Tax and had uncompensated mileage and did not know enough to ask. I am sure there are many more examples out there that are similar.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Have to have an idea of the forms you need

Simple and Easy

Wonderful--I highly recommend this to my fellow Americans who are NOT finance-savvy. There are kinks, but they are few and far between.
What's great about it: Explained everything in incredible detail, but concise and comprehendable detail.
What's not so great: I answered one of the 1st questions wrong (before you even get to personal info) and it was kind of a hassle to change.
