i like the format of the program. very user friendly. there is a mountain of information in all the (learn more) areas that more than answer my questions. i do a very simple return and it is super easy with turbo tax.
What's great about it: ability to move through the fields and edit as i need to
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Speedy Easy!!

Loved how easily the different sections worked with questions and answers available in the help section.
Deductions were examined and I didnt have to wonder what came next.
What's great about it: Quick and easily read. Questions answered in help sections. Well defined sections and easy reviews!
What's not so great: Very little I didnt like so hard to say any contrary remarks.

I have done our taxes with TT for over 11 years! I love this program and its ease of use! It saves our family a ton of cash each year! We have used different variations of this program as our tax situations have changed throughout the years and have always been satisfied with our return results! The only thing I would recommend would be the "Explain This" links be broken down a little more. Other than that, I recommend to everyone!
What's great about it: Ease of use, Ease of Finding Information, Ease of understanding Questions
What's not so great: Some of the Items are still listed in standard terms

Easy as I 2 3

I have used Turbo Tax year after year & have never had a problem. In the past my husband & I did our taxes together on paper. Then Turbo Tax came along and my husband would do it on paper and I would did it with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax was always more accurate. My husband has given up on doing them on paper and has me do them every year with Turbo Tax! Not sure that's really fair?
What's great about it: Very easy to work with, user friendly.

Everything was simply perfect using Turbo Tax...I just wished I would of used it before, instead of using an accountant...MUCH CHEAPER!!!
What's great about it: Life was easy using Turbo Tax...No headaches this year!!!

Preferred to include a short form for elderly parents, etc. who live only on barest of income.
