Easy as always

The 7th time I have used Turbo Tax. Always fast and easy.
What's great about it: fast and consistant
What's not so great: A list of required info needed to identify from prior returns at start of process to limit delays while completing forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is a fast accurate, simple and it is easy. I love the "Flags" new addition to the program. It helps me get back to sections of the tax program which I needed to recheck in a quick and organized way.
What's great about it: Quick, Simple and Fast

Great to use for my daughters taxes - everything saved and printed for hard file. Much better than doing a lot of forms by hand.
What's great about it: Easy guide though all possible tax scenarios.

The whole experience was as smooth as it can be considering you're, well, doing taxes. The program is very easy to use, you simply read and click where you need to and move right along. The answers any question you might have about any part of your return are right there on every screen, giving you clear summaries and the link to more if you need it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and answers any question you might have about any part of your return.

Really enjoy the thoroughness of Turbotax, good questions, clear explanation of what forms you will need and cheerful little encouragements along the way!
What's great about it: Easy to understand and was able to access help via phone when needed!
What's not so great: just a pain to file income taxes!

Easy to complete

I have used TurboTax for the past eight years or so. Now that I am retired, it is a snap to complete the return even with a long, detailed itemized deductions worksheet. Great product!
What's great about it: Ease of use with detailed instructions when needed
What's not so great: Program updates late in season. Not as easy to import items from Quicken as stated in product overview.
