Like I said above, it was almost seamless, just going into the forms was confusing.

Simple!

It literally took me 10 minutes to do my taxes! TurboTax instantly located my last-years return file still on my hard drive, taking 99% of the work out of it! It also downloaded my W2, taking that hassle out of that... I typed more in THIS review than I had to in my entire tax process this year! AWESOME!
What's great about it: Super simple, especially if you used it last year!
What's not so great: none.

I really like the step-by-step guidance and the double checks along the way really keep me on track. Such an easy-to-use interface that allows for TurboTax to provide the utmost in user satisfaction during the hectic time of tax season!
What's great about it: VERY easy to use
What's not so great: none!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

THIS IS THE BENCHMARK OF USER INTERFACE AND USER EXPERIENCE. Very clean and quick to use and understand.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, CLEAR AND VERY HELPFUL WITH MULTI-STATE
What's not so great: DOESNT CAPTURE DIRECT DEPOSIT DATA FROM STATE TO STATE
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

overall love this tax product. easy to use, keeps updated on tax laws so I don't have to, twice as easy to do taxes when you can import your information automatically.
What's great about it: easy to figure out and enter all itemized deductions
