Very helpful

Turbo tax makes figuring out what you need and completing your taxes very easy. Less time consuming than pulling all the paperwork together to pay a tax consultant to do it for you.

Love TurboTax

I have been using Turbo Tax for 24 years, back when it came on a 5 inch floppy. I think it is the easiest way to do taxes by taking all the calculations out of the user's hands, but at the same time the user can learn the ins and outs of doing their takes if they want to. Being able to switch between step by step and forms view is invaluable for the person that wants to know how and why the program is asking the questions. Great program. Highly recommended.

Easiest to Use

Was able to quick enter all of my data (import from Quicken is a breeze)....was able to use the "What-If" worksheet to determine if MFJ or MFS was the best option for this year.
I always buy the Audit Defense just in case...gives me peace of mind, just in case we're audited!
What's great about it: Intuitive...walks one through all scenarios!
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Taxes

Been using Turbo Tax for years. It has always been easy, thorough, and accurate to use. The program walks you through each step of tax preparation. Questions and advice are just a click away. I am very satisfied with Turbo Tax.

Perplexing form inclusions

Not being a tax professional, I have in the past filled out forms for home office expenditures as a contractor. This year those forms were added automatically, but I didn't need them.
What's great about it: Have used it for years, love its simplicity
What's not so great: It adds forms on its own, which i have to clean up later.

Quick and Easy

I have used other programs for many, many years. I'm glad that I decided to try Turbo Tax. My only regret is that I did not try it sooner.
What's great about it: Makes data entry simple.
What's not so great: Seems to be too simple, but it's not.

Many years of returns

I've used Turbo-Tax since at least 2005 and have always been happy with the quality of the product. I like the step-by-step guidance.
What's great about it: I find turbo-tax to be simple, direct and intuitive
What's not so great: Correcting errors in my return was slightly confusing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Software

Been using Turbo Tax for over 7 years now and just love it. So easy to use and have been able to help my family out doing their taxes for them with ease each year. Look forward to continuing using your software!!!
What's great about it: Being able to carry years forward allowing for life changes
What's not so great: Duplicate screens verifying info that has already been verified
