Simple Return

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now, and every time I had E-filed, I've never had any problems. One year, I tried a different brand of service/software... It had a huge error and my refund suddenly became taxes owed! Never again! I'll always stick with Intuit's Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Extremely simple, my kid could do it. Enhances my understanding of taxes at an affordable price.
What's not so great: None here!

excellent program, easy to use step by step process, get your taxes done in the comfort of your own bed
What's great about it: they guide you throughout everything
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simple steps make it good enough for anyone, though tacking on the state emails cost is a little tricky, and putting that we will represent you fee ain't purrfect either, but since it saves one money and time, definitely worth it.
What's great about it: easy and clear
What's not so great: added fees for state and for security

I have been using TurboTax for many years - 100% satisfied. I wouldn't even consider using anything else.
