Thanks for Getting The Most for us!

I won't use any other program to do my taxes. So easy, I think anyone with or without experience could do taxes. Takes little time from start to finish, pleasant look and love the ease of preparation. My only issue would be the repeating steps over each time I save and re-open the return. This is near the end of return when you input all the credits, etc. I won't release computer as the dead line gets closer, or allow me to. We each have our own account on a shared computer, and my teen has the biggest issue with it, lol :-). I still would use, and I have recommended for years, and still will. Thanks for "Rocken My Refund", with protection.
What's great about it: Easy Prep, Quick, Reliable
What's not so great: Review topics when continuing return, that were done previously

Flying Alone

Turbo Tax makes filing both federal and state taxes so easy. The exacting details-- easily interpreted questions, extra comments, etc.-- gets every answer in exactly the right place on the right form. I love being able to go back and double check so easily.
The previews and reviews are great. Your double-checking gives me the reassurance that I need! And e-filing is a breeze!
What's great about it: This year I filed our taxes all by myself-- so very, very easy.

Easy Fast and Accurate

I've been using Turbo Tax for Years and will likely be for years to come. Turbo Tax takes the anxiety out of filing taxes by updating all forms and calculations each year, providing an easy interview-based interface that reminds me of things I might otherwise forget and allows me to file electronically - which is so much easier than the mad dash to the post office.
What's great about it: I love that Turbo Tax walks you through all the forms and deductions, does the calculations and files on line instantly.
What's not so great: During review one item I needed to enter was not adequately explained. Eventually figured it out though.

Simple,easy to follow!

Easy to use and simple to follow.Been using Turbo Tax for ten years now and won't try anything else. No matter how involved your taxes may be, Turbo Tax wil simplify it.. Easy to understand, difficult to make a mistake. Always received the maximum amount of refund with Turbo Tax. Nothing is left on the table.
What's great about it: Ease of use, Detailed. No question left unanswered.
What's not so great: Can't think of one.

Last year could not efile if you were a student attending college overseas and you had tuition and school expenses to claim, because the tax software required a specific address style including zipcode. Most foreign addresses did not follow this style. You were required to submit a paper return. TurboTax did not alert you to this until after you had paid for the state filing fee. So your credit card was charged for state efiling, but you had to submit a paper return. This issue did not reappear in the 2012 tax software. I was very glad the problem was fixed.
What's great about it: Last year's problems not repeated this year
What's not so great: Too much repeat input still required

Turbo Tax - It's so Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It guides you through your taxes and deductions easily and accurately. I always get my Turbo Tax. Not getting to use it on my iMac this year was a minus because I couldn't transfer my information from last year and my usual deductions.
What's great about it: It guides you through step by step
What's not so great: I can't use it on my iMac anymore and so I had to reenter everything this year, I didn't get to carryover from last year

Last Minute Shot

I usually wait to do this and this year was no exception. I filled in a guess and later went back with all of the correct numbers and corrected the input. It was simple, direct and, since i've used TurboTax before, familiar. I suggest everyone try TurboTax once before dismissing it as an option.
What's great about it: It was a smooth, seemless process.
What's not so great: I would like to maneuver through the selections faster.

Every Year I count on Turbo Tax

I have relied on Turbo Tax for my personal taxes (which includes rental property) and for my parents for over 20 years. The program and service is undeniably worthwhile -- I'd be lost without it. They've managed to keep it consistent year to year while keeping the program up to date and easy to use.
Please -- keep doing what you're doing!
What's great about it: The step by step guide plus ability to manage forms; complete and thorough.
What's not so great: Not much...no support for NOL Carry Forward, but that figure easly plugs into Other Income.
