LOVE THE WAY YOU HANDLE DEPRECIATION AND SALES OF 179 EQUIP WHICH WOULD TAKE ME DAYS TO WORK OUT. LIKE KNOWING I'M DOING IT RIGHT AND NOT WORRYING ABOUT IT.
What's great about it: LOVE THIS PRODUCT; I KEEP THE INFO, YOU PUT IT IN THE RIGHT PLACES.
What's not so great: TOOK ME AWHILE TO FIND OUT WHERE TO CORRECT AN OVERRIDE PROBLEM BEFORE FILING, BUT WORKED OUT EVENTUALLY

I count on Turbo Tax to get me through this dreaded experience. When I'm finished, I wonder what I was so anxious about.
What's great about it: Very explicit, anticipates questions/answers, easy and efficient.
What's not so great: NONE!

What's great about it: Ease and all the great prompts
What's not so great: overly redundant toward the end but still very helpful

I love Turbo Tax!

So great to transfer donations via Its Deductible. I feel fully confident in the program. Makes taxes fun (almost!).
What's great about it: Transfers last year's info = less time entering data; Compares previous returns; Sooo easy!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Was unable to run a projection w/o going thru the entire program. Inadequate, simple answers to common questions. Previous years programs were better.
What's great about it: topics seemed comprehensive
What's not so great: These outweigh the pros. Turbo Tax is very hard to navigate--I couldn't even find Federal ot state tax tables!

2012 experience better than in the 2011 turbotax.
What's great about it: fast,easy to follow directions
What's not so great: if no data entered for an extended period of time, program will not allow finishing of e-filing

Should have bought the disc first. Instead, I expected the same service from the online version but was sadly mistaken.
