Way To Go

I like TurboTax; it is very accurate and gives me access to others who are experienced using it when I need help. Gives me the biggest refunds that I have every had.
What's great about it: Very accurate, easy to use, easy to understand, biggest refunds.
What's not so great: Couldn't change numbers input with the edit button; had to go back to beginning.

Fast and Easy

Very concise and to the point, Turbo Tax is a real bargain for small home business, 1099 self employment, and W2 as well.
What's great about it: Carry-over from previous year, answer links to each item.
What's not so great: 0
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Happy I ran into no problems after hearing about the Turbo Tax issues. I had no problems updating or filing. Thanks Turbo Tax for another pain free tax season and preparation.

TurboTax is so easy to use. It guides you step by step through the process. There is no need to deal with those annoying worksheets or calculations. It does it all for you.

Makes doing taxes easy!

I have been using TurboTax for 5 years. So much cheaper than taking it to someone to do.
The only frustration that I experience is due to my lack of knowledge and terminology. I haven't gotten a lot of help from the community, but I have gotten assistance from the chat feature. I do wish that there was a way to call someone and have them return your call. There are times when I just need to get guidance from someone.
I loved being able to import information directly into the program. It made putting that information into the program much easier!!
I plan on using TurboTax again next year. Oh, yes, I purchase the disc every year. I have never downloaded it from the internet.
What's great about it: Easy to operate
What's not so great: Hard to get help at times.

Pretty Straightforward

Been using TurboTax for years, and this year seemed simpler than in the past. The estimated quarterly tax payment calculations were pretty vague. And I wish there were more red flags, like when a stupid number is used, so the questionnaire should stop and question the entry. I had to read several IRS publications on some of the items, but the link to these publications and other help was readily available. Thanks for making a difficult job not so painful.
What's great about it: Can go between forms and questionnaire, and "IT's Deductible" is the best way to track donations thruout the year.
What's not so great: not enough safeguards for stupid numbers

Works Well for Me and Uncle Sam

I have used Turbo Tax for about six years. It is efficient and seems to get me all my deductions without subjecting me to too much pain. Carries over data from past years, which is handy. E-file is nice, too.
What's great about it: Does a good job given my situation as a normal taxpayer
What's not so great: It's taxes!

Turbo Tax has been a time saver

Turbo Tax has been a time saver for me for many years. It has been more accurate than some of those tax preparation places. They charge more and don't know the proper forms to file. I will continue using it in the future.
What's great about it: All of the forms are included
What's not so great: No cons
