I just completed my taxes for 2012 in less than 3 hours. Easy, fast, great!
What's great about it: easy to directions

I have been using TurboTax for many years now and am still very happy with it. Never had any major problems. Just hope I got all the deductions I should.
What's great about it: Led me step by step
What's not so great: Couldn't answer one of my questions, looked on line.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

a brilliant software program that's designed to accurately expidite the drudgery of days or weeks of trying to do your taxes by hand. it's knowlege base is outstanding in covering all aspects of calculations and items you would never normally consider in helping you get a better return or paying less. the cost of the program(s) are totally insignificant compared to having "professional tax preparers" do your taxes. the learning curve for using it is zero and the knowledge you obtain in using it is priceless. I have recomended it to many people who were amazed when i told them how easy it was to use they're definately going to use it in the future. Keep up the good work intuit.
What's great about it: fast, direct, comprehensive and easy to use.
What's not so great: absolutely none.

So easy, walks you step by step through all points of your tax return in every day language that is easy to understand. Why pay high $ for your tax return preparation when Turbo Tax can do the same thing for so much less! Have used Turbo Tax for years and love it!

Very Easy To Use

I filed both my Fiances and My Taxes with ease, we file single so it is just simple to do and took less than fifteen minutes to do both Returns.
What's great about it: Super simple and fast as long as u have everything right in front of you
What's not so great: Really didnt have any problems, So no Cons on my behalf

Not perfect, but the best

I've been using TurboTax for years and have also looked at other products when helping neighbors and friends. Given the snake-infested morass that is the tax code, TurboTax makes things as straightforward as possible.
There's always at least one glitch. This year it wouldn't take my property tax. Had to research and find out I had to right-click and clear out details carried over from last year. TT should have either done that or taken me to the supporting details but instead it just said I didn't qualify. Relatively minor bug, but it did qualify for the "raise my blood pressure even more" award.
What's great about it: straightforward
What's not so great: always at least one programming ideosyncracy that has to be researched and redone.
