2012 Taxes

Even though I had to use CS for the updates, they were great in the step-by-step support to assit me in my update! Great job!!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use
What's not so great: Had to use customer support to for updates on my Mac

Again with Turbo Tax Deluxe

I am fully employed by a fortune 500 company and about 25% of my I.T. work income takes place from my house.
For 2012 TT CD product, I found the home office section a bit ambiguous, and the vehicle second statement of "commuting" average somewhat unclear based the first statement of "commuting" to and from, (I am nit-picking for sure).
All and all, I have used this product on my computers for (possibly) 10+ years; yes I keep coming back. I have seen the improvements, and overall I am pleased.
I would actually rate this Turbo Tax Deluxe 4.5 stars, (I rarely allow my self to rate anything at top tier such as 5 stars or a 10).
Yes I will be doing my taxes again next year with Turbo Tax!

Love the program. Does exactly what it is suppose to do to. Easy to follow along.
What's great about it: Loved that I could ask questions regarding my situation and find multiple answers which gave me greater assurance.
What's not so great: Would have like have all answers from tax professionals.

Easy to Use!

It was quick, easy to use, and I was able to file my taxes. I like all the features and my taxes were able to be done on time!
What's great about it: Allowed me the ability to do my taxes on my own
What's not so great: I didn't like paying the government but that's my fault!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and each year it gets better and better. I feel confident that I am filing correctly and know that all my "bases" are covered.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax reviewed every possible senario to by benefit
