This year it was easy to update all my information. It would be great to have a way to mark place you want to go back and revisit. Otherwise, the program gets better every year.
What's great about it: A lot more detail available for entry from last year.
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of

The great thing about Turbo tax is that I downloaded it on April 14th, started my taxes in the evening, and I was done by noon on April 15th including e-file of federal and state1
It's great the way it walks me through because I forget from year to year. I also save paper by saving tax returns as a pdf on my computer.
Easy as it can get....and a reasonable price too!
What's great about it: Walked me through everything
What's not so great: Sometimes I wish I could just skip ahead

Great program. So easy to use. I just follow all the prompts and it guides me right through everything I need to get my taxes done. I have used it enough years now that I really feel confident about it and I have recommended it to many of my friends, who have now been using it for the past few years as well. None of us have ever had any problem using it and none of us have ever been audited. Wonderful, easy, reliable . . . what's not to like about that!
What's great about it: It is a great program to use for filing my taxes. This is about the 7th straight year that I have used the product!
What's not so great: There isn't anything I don't like about Turbo Tax, except maybe someone to laugh with!

Convenient

Going back or to another form makes it a little cumbersome to get back to exactly where you were at. No bookmark.
What's great about it: Keeps tract of all previous information/ across forms
What's not so great: can't see all paperwork at once

Easier than going to a Paid Preparer

I ended up having a hefty fed tax bill to pay this year, and after weighing the options of preparing my taxes, I decided to purchase the TurboTax cd and "do it myself". I am confident that the returns are correct and it was a breeze to sit at home and do the work myself. I'll be preparing my own taxes again for 2013!
What's great about it: Quick...Easy...Concise...
What's not so great: none really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Consider a toggle between where you left off and wherever you might navigate to in the return when seeking to edit or review some other section. And, make it easier to locate that somewhere else rather than having to go through the interview from its beginning. Maybe I am missing this little bit of navigation skill.
Otherwise, like I said, this is an excellent piece of software -- a pleasure to use. Makes filing taxes almost fun ... well, ALMOST, if you know what I mean :-)
What's great about it: friendly, straightforward, easy to use

ready to throw it in the river

I AM SO FRUSTRATED! I CAN NOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO FILE AN ELECTRONIC EXTENSION. I have my account up in front of me and when I tried to do an efile extension it would only let me do a mail extension. After trying numerous id, password, emails I keep getting that they could not find an account in my name. I gave all pertinent info (SS#, birth date,etc) and still there is no match. I have turbotax deluxe and will not pay to be so frustrated again. It was easier with tax act online and that was free.
What's not so great: can't access my account even though I have the turbo tax 1040 right in front of me
