Turbotax Deluxe

I have used turbotax for the past 15 years to file my taxes and I feel that I get my maximum refund with turbotax. I feel that the easy guide process is thorough and walks you through all possible forms necessary for your personal tax return developed on the information put in. I love this product and feel it is the best on the market.
What's great about it: Excellent product, was easy to work through with personal income, corporation income and loss, and home office expenses.
What's not so great: I have to wait longer for my refund than it took to file my taxes.

TurboTax Deluxe Fed & State returns and E-file

TurboTax is a really great software that i've used consecutively now, for the past 7 or 8 years.
This year it seemed to be a little less clear about it's up-front explanations of deduction illegibility, but i wouldn't doubt that it's a chore to make easy what the federal government seems determined to make confusing.
One suggestion i would offer is to allow for the "collapsing" of the various steps, so that each successive step doesn't require scrolling to the end of the long list of headings and subheadings. ...A small annoyance, to be sure, but none the less an annoyance, when it seems that being able to collapse all subheadings of each category into one heading should be a fairly easy re-coding, compared to the other workings of the complexities of TurboTax.
Sincere Thanks for continuing a great product.
What's great about it: Same great GUI in a very logical chronological sequence.
What's not so great: Seems a little less intuitive than prior years, and display could improve

Easiest file despite complicated return.
What's great about it: EZ -
What's not so great: would like to see married vs head of household comparison easier.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What I really like about Turbo Tax is that it is saved in your home computer. It allows for prior year comparisons and modifications if required.
What's great about it: Convenience and accuracy
What's not so great: Charged me for state return filing that was supposed to be free

Super Easy!

TurboTax is easy for the "average Joe" to use! I was able to do these on my own as single, married, widow, and remarried!
What's great about it: Love how it walks you through every step. Makes it easy to go back when you need to gather more information.

I've used TurboTax for forever -- I can't see ever filing without it! Each year they keep up with tax changes and make improvements to the program. You can track your charitable contributions all year long with Its Deductible and then import them with just a click. No need to complete your taxes all at once either -- take a break -- TurboTax will be ready to resume working when you are!
What's great about it: Well intgrated imports from previous year, W2, Its deductible!
What's not so great: Quarterly payment vouchers
