still a nightmare doing taxes
What's great about it: easy to pick up and continue
What's not so great: really not clear on anything beyond vanilla tax situations

I can do it myself!

I like to do as much for myself as I can. With TurboTax I can work at my own pace, be assured that I have current IRS forms, and learn as I go. It is a very good product. I have used it 4 times and it keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Hands on my information in a format easily understood
What's not so great: lengthy, but it's the IRS. Go figure
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I really enjoyed turbo tax, very easy to use but occasional repeat of information

Extremely easy to use, and quick! Made me aware of credits I had no idea I qualified for. Went from owing to receiving on my return. Will definitely use again next year!

I have used turbo Tax for many years- personally and as a small business. I would not change to any other company.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax very easy to use
What's not so great: I wish when you choose which section to visit, it would automatic skip over the rest.

Easy Breezy!!!

2 years in a row using TurboTax...opened the box to finished return in @ 5 hours. Would have been quicker if I had all my statements & reciepts pulled together prior to starting. Don't like to pay taxes, but looking forward to using TurboTax again next year!

Have successfully used Turbo Tax since 1990. Great product. Will continue to use.
What's great about it: Simple guide questions easy to follow
What's not so great: Gave me an incorrect email address that would be used to notify me that my submission was accetpted.
