What's great about it: comprehensive & helpful. It got the job done!
What's not so great: navigating through multiple screens is time consuming, but I'll ascribe this issue to my lack of experties in tax issues

In 30+ years of filing taxes I have never had a easier experience. Wish I would have used turbo tax a long time ago.
What's great about it: this is the best return I've filed ever. walks you thru it in basic language/

detailed, fast, easy, efficient, and helpful with each and every aspect of my returns, both federal and state.. it even helped me file an extension and make a payment plan with my federal return, and a direct deposit of my state! effortless!
What's great about it: covered EVERYTHING, fast and easy!
What's not so great: it didn't make me coffee :(

Wow! We've been filing manually since we started working and decided out of the blue to e-file with TurboTax this year and what a difference! Instead of it being an all day or all weekend event, I was done in less than 2 hours! Very impressed with the easy of use of the product.
What's great about it: Easy of use and very fast
What's not so great: Some bank and 1099-INT forms need to be manually typed

Very good except ItsDeductible.

For the umpteenth year in a row we have use TurboTax and have felt it was the right way to do our taxes. Start to finish on a lengthy return, it was easy and thorough. With one huge exception. We had a large Charitable Contribution of many items where we determined the value. ItsDeductible needs a way to import from Excel and/or other software that is simpler to load repetitive data.
What's great about it: Very easy to use both Questioning method as well as editing forms method.
What's not so great: ItsDeductible is a painful nuisance if you have large contributions where prices are self-determined.

Peace of Mind!

This is the 7th or 8th year that I have used Turbo Tax for myself and my children. It is so easy to use. I did try another product from a competitor one year and was totally confused! The questions on Turbo Tax are so easy to understand, however, if you don't completely understand there is a button to click for more information or the help center. I would - and do - highly recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends and co workers
