Pleasant and Painless

I bought this software this morning. The sales help asked me if I thought I could do it in one day, since today is 15 April 2013. The answer is a resounding YES. The program asked easy to understand questions, I filled in the answers and I am now on my way to the post office with my completed forms. Thank you for a more pleasant and painless way to pay my taxes.
What's great about it: So quick and Complete. Easy too.

I am a huge fax of Turbotax. With the exceptiion of my issue of disconnection each time there is an update I think it's a great product.
I have been using TT for years now and alway recommend to others.

More refund then CPA

TurboTax was much easier than I thought and saved me time from going to the post office and trying to get all the paper works done and submitting it. Also, it saved me more then getting it done with a CPA!
What's great about it: Lot easier than I thought
What's not so great: Dependent question was confusing

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2005. Through the years our returns have been getting more and more complex and Turbo Tax is always so helpful on answering all of my questions and concerns. Really it could not be easier!! I feel confident every year that my return is accurate and I have gotten every deduction and credit I am entitled to.
What's great about it: Everything was so easy with all the help guides and step by step instructions!
What's not so great: Absolutly NO Cons

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have no complaints. Pretty easy to use for the most part.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walked me though everystep of the way
What's not so great: I owe too much money

2012 TT Review

Product was good generally, but it was very disappointing that it is no longer supporting Mac OS X (10.5.8). Caused major upheaval to work out an alternative. Didn't really want to purchase new hardware w/ new OS since my laptop is not that old (3-4 years).
Again, the product itself is very user friendly.
What's great about it: The narritive screens were easy to understand, instructions easy to follow.
What's not so great: TT no longer supports Mac OS X (10.5.8)!! Major pain

Helped me catch errors and get the refund

I enjoyed being able to start and stop the tax return according to my schedule and then start right where I lefted off. Run into an error and the program was helpful in guiding me to the solution.
What's great about it: Turitorals with straight forward and helpful
What's not so great: State filling was an additional fee at the end.
