Turbo Tax was very detailed and I found it very easy to use. This is my 5th year in a row using it and I have been quite satisfied in the explanations and overall stress free results that culminated my return ....Thank you TT.
What's great about it: very easy to navigate through program

Couldn't do it without Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now, and I don't know what I would do without it. I do my taxes, my mom's and my son's taxes and they think I spend grueling hours doing their taxes for them. With Turbo Tax, I spend so little time that I have to do the taxes when nobody else is around because of how fast and easy Turbo Tax makes it . Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes everything so easy. It's like having someone do your taxes for you.
What's not so great: I wish that you could scroll down on the screen by pressing the down arrow, without having to use to mouse.

What's great about it: good at layterms, easy switch from step by step to forms
What's not so great: on donations needs more incuragement to use its deductable.

Easy to use

I found the whole process relatively easy and was able to install the program and finish my taxes in as little as 2 hours on tax day! That's a pretty good use of time.
What's great about it: Very simple and easy to use.
What's not so great: It can get a little complicated regarding dividends and investment income.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used TurboTax for the past decade and really love it. I will only go to a tax accountant if there are major changes in my life, inheritance, death, major accident, etc.
What's great about it: Walks me through the process and triggers memory responses.
What's not so great: Sorting on answers to questions didn't give me the results I needed.

TurboTax is very user friendly.
Download Turbo Tax.
Download your income information from your employer and you are on your way.
The program walks you through every step and asks you all the information needed to produce an accurate tax return.
If you have questions along the way, Turbo Tax has built-in explanations and a forum to submit questions. Excellent product! Thank you for saving me time and many frustrations.

What's great about it: Download all your information. Utilizes last year's information. Assists with information on charitable deductions.
What's not so great: Turbotax makes filing so easy, I do not have to understand the process.

Getting Better!

Turbo Tax seems to have sealed the deal with being the industry standard now. After years of using tax programs, and different ones along the way, I'm strictly a Turbo preparer now.
What's great about it: It was easier to navigate between the self-guided and reviewing the actual IRS forms. Easier to edit this year!
What's not so great: I had a hard time finding my adjusted income on the forms

TurboTax is always very easy to follow and accurate. As a pastor it always handles my housing allowance correctly. When I made the mistake of using other software last year, because it was cheaper, it did not handle my housing allowance correctly. I had to go back to TurboTax to get it done right.
