TurboTax Deluxe

Connecticut tax forms are confusing but I attribute that to the state, not necessarily TurboTax. Their calculations of deductions has questions requiring two filing dates for real estate when I have both a state filing and local tax district filing for my condo. There are other confusing tax credit questions. Seems like the state filing gets more complex and the federal gets easier.
What's great about it: Easy fo follow and file.
What's not so great: State Filing for Connecticut was a bit vague/confusing.

Tired a couple of other softwares prior to Turbo Tax and once I tried Turbo Tax I was charged! Been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years! Love it & will continue to use!
What's great about it: Customer service was polite & helpful!
What's not so great: No cons with the program; cons with my head sometimes! LOL
