Need better "help' with refinancing and perhaps first mortage.
What's great about it: I like the way TT updates from previous years making getting started much faster.
What's not so great: I refinance my home in 2012 and did not think that it flowed well in TT.

Asks all the right questions. Fast and easy. Would be silly not to use Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Quick Accurate Easy & Inexpensive
What's not so great: Only that we still have to pay for state filing

The Best software program for taxes!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it is a good value. The push on e-file needs to be toned down, the request for donations is out of place, printing of returns for filing needs to be reviewed.
What's great about it: Easy to use with plenty of help
What's not so great: Printing of forms is confusing, a lot of advertising, pushy on e-file

Turbo Tax did not record my state tax refund last year which was discovered this year and means an amended filing is needed. The refund is clearly in the work sheets, but never made it to the final and was not discovered.

This is my second year using TurboTax. I could kick myself for not using it sooner. It takes all of the fuss and worry out of preparing tax returns.

I thought TurboTax was reasonably easy to use. I am a first time user, and I will definitely use again.
What's great about it: Step by step.
What's not so great: Kept asking for W-2's, and I don't file a W-2. Fially resolved using TurboTax.
