I used TURBOTAX for the last few years, I feel it does a good job for a fair price,I'll continue to usse it and will advise others to do the same.
What's great about it: fast &easy
What's not so great: asking questions can be difficult

For tricky taxes, I would still have someone do them for myself.

Another tax season come an gone. Thanks, Turbotax. This was much easier than going to the accountant.
What's great about it: Wizards walk you through; can explore on your own when needed
What's not so great: Educational tax credits a little cryptic to figure out

Great For Military

Fast and simple. Excellent when deployed or stateside. Online version was easy. Just E-file and save a copy and upload to the cloud for next year's return. One happy warrior here!!!
What's great about it: Asks the questions only concering military.
What's not so great: None (but I live a simple life)

Once Again, Turbo Tax Comes Through

It took me less than 2 hours to complete our 2012 tax returns this year, even though we had a major change (retirement). I especially appreciate being able to have access to a pdf copy at any time during the year. Thanks!
