It was so easy just like sitting down with a pro.

So easy to use. As long as you can read you can do your taxes.
What's great about it: The help boxes answered all of my questions.
What's not so great: I want them to come out with a turbo budget program too.

I've used TurboTax for 10+ years and it is the best value for the money I've seen. Easy to use, easy to navigate and very intuitive for others who may feel a little intimidated by the tax filing process.
The great thing is all the links to the most up-to-date IRS publications and the ease of use, from a simple tax return to a complex tax structure and everything in between..
What's great about it: Very intuitive, Easy to navigate, Always up-to-date!
What's not so great: There aren't any in my opinion..

Turbo Tax is very helpful. Any dummy can do it. They just walk you through it. We use it every year.

Fairly good program I have used it for 20 years
What's great about it: The guided tour was nice
What's not so great: When I wanted to go back and check individual forms it was a pain

This is great to use the first time, but it's even easier to use each year afterwards, since it saves your information, if you want it to. No more repetitive typing.

turbo tax makes it easy. love the step by step process and brief explanations of what things are and why
What's great about it: easy step by step process
What's not so great: excessive fees when opting to deduct filing fee from refund

Using program for over 7 years and would not use anything else. Easy to use and you can change enteries as you may receive extra tax info. Have recommended to many friends and they now use Turbo Tax. Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: very self explanatory, easy to use
What's not so great: updates change and if you file early you may have problems
